FAQs

How do Unyoked gift vouchers work?

Think of it as gifting someone time in nature - not just a stay. Once purchased, the recipient gets a unique Patient’s Reference Code they can use to book any cabin, any night of the week. If the stay costs more than the voucher value, they just pay the difference at checkout.

How long are vouchers valid for?

All Unyoked gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. The recipient just needs to make their booking before it expires — their stay itself can happen later.

Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. You can either send it straight to them via email at checkout, or have it sent to you first if you’d prefer to print or gift it later.

Can I choose how much to gift?

We’ve made it easy by listing our most popular stay combinations (so you can see roughly how much of a stay your voucher covers.)

Are vouchers country-specific?

Yes. Gift vouchers are country-specific and currency-specific. If you want to redeem you voucher in another country please contact us at hello@unyoked.co.

What happens if the recipient loses their voucher email?

No stress. Just contact us at hello@unyoked.co with your order details and we’ll re-issue the voucher.

Can I use a discount code when buying a gift voucher?

Discount codes can’t be applied to gift voucher purchases.

Can the recipient combine their voucher with a discount code when booking?

Only one code can be used per booking, so they’ll need to choose between applying their voucher or a promo code.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, unless required by law. Once purchased, they can’t be exchanged for cash or a different denomination.
